Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real-time on the USPS website.
Most US orders are delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 24 hours of your payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your spam folder or contact us at support@myarea15labs.com.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2-3 business days. Express Mail (1-2 days) is also available at checkout for an additional fee.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been dispatched. You'll typically receive this within a few hours of your order being processed.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

Why is my order taking longer to process?
Most orders are processed within a few hours. Occasionally, payment verification may take up to 24 hours. If your order hasn't shipped within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Absolutely. We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and process payments through Plaid's secure infrastructure. We never store your banking credentials on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes cannot be made. Contact support@myarea15labs.com immediately if you need to make changes.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

All our peptides are tested at ≥98% purity via HPLC analysis, with most batches exceeding 99% purity. Each product includes a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent US-based laboratories.
How should I store the products?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage. Reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2-8°C and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation.
